Why Builders Are Offering Such Strong Incentives

As the end of the year approaches, builders shift their focus from marketing to closing out their inventory. That often means:

✔ Price reductions on completed homes
✔ Valuable financing incentives (sometimes better than market rates)
✔ Stronger deals on quick move-in homes
✔ Occasional “surprise” discounts on homes that need to close fast

But once January hits, many of these incentives go away — and historically, the best homes sell first.
