Ask me what business I'm in and I won't say "real estate." I'll tell you I'm in the relationship building business. It isn't about putting a sign in your yard and moving to the next deal. It's about being your consultant, coach, and advocate through the entire process, and often a friend by the end of it.
That means the focus stays on you. I ask the right questions, learn your story, and get to the reasons behind your move. Then I tailor a plan around your goals, your timing, and how the market is actually moving. Every client gets my full respect and complete focus, because this is your investment, not just another transaction.
What Shaped Me
I've Always Been the Question Guy
I grew up in a consulting family, where the work was helping businesses look honestly at how they operated and find better ways forward. From an early age I learned to ask a simple question that most people avoid: why is this the best way to do it? Too often the only answer was "that's how we've always done it."
I carried that instinct through a few different paths, including a stretch as a golf pro and building a business of my own, before I found real estate. And I brought the same question with me. Why do agents do it this way? What could be done better for the client? That same curiosity has shaped a career that's also led me to train agents around the country, but my focus has always been the families I help buy and sell, and finding clearer, smarter ways to guide them through a move.

Family comes first for me. I've been a soccer fan since I was five and have coached both my kids in the game. I'm a former pro golfer, so I'm always happy to share a tip on the course. The way I approach my family and my clients is the same: show up, care, and follow through.
